Our classes

We offer two main classes at Novita Health: Hydrotherapy Classes and Core, Control and Balance Classes

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy classes are highly recommend before or after surgery because your body’s buoyancy in our heated health pool means you won’t be supporting your full body weight and you’re able to regain movement and flexibility without overstressing your muscles and bones.

Standard Hydrotherapy classes are conducted Monday to Saturday. To improve your fitness, Novita Health also offers high-intensity class on select days.
